s’mores shots in chocolate glasses 10-12 ounces dark chocolateshot glass mould2-3 tablespoons (gluten free) graham crumbs4 ounces chocolate vodka1 teaspoon vanilla4 tablespoons non dairy whip (Soyatoo rice whip) Shot glasses (make a day ahead): In medium saucepan, melt dark chocolate over medium heat. Spoon into shot mould, let cool. Place in refrigerator to set, preferably overnight. Makes four chocolate glasses. Vanilla Whip: Stir vanilla into whip cream. Pulse 2-3 graham crackers in food processor to a fine crumb (or use store bought crumbs), pour onto a flat plate. Wet the rim of each chocolate shot glass with water, roll in graham crumbs. Pour 1 ounce chocolate vodka into each shot glass, top with vanilla whip.  To be completely authentic, use marshmallows in place of vanilla whip: melt marshmallows top each shot glass with a pouf of mallow, or place marshmallows atop each glass and caramelize with a kitchen torch.

Mulled Cider Ingredients3 cups fresh apple cider2 cups dry red wine1/2 cup pure maple syrup1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns1 orange or 2 tangerines (sliced)1 medium apple or 4 Lady apples (sliced 1/4 inch thick) Directions Combine apple cider, dry red wine, maple syrup, peppercorns, orange or tangerines, and apple(s) in a medium pot. Gently simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm, in mugs.

Champagne Cosmopolitan Cocktail Ingredients 1 1/2 ounces vodka (we like Stoli, Grey Goose and Ketel One) 1/2 ounce triple sec 1/2 ounce cranberry juice 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice ice 2 ounces champagne (on the sweeter side) Method Combine vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, shake, shake. Pour into a martini glass then pour champagne into glass and serve.

Instructions:
